[Host 3.22.017+, PHost 3] If AUXBC.INI is used, host creates this file before running AUXBC.INI and reads it back later (at least the cloak flags).

For the "normal" host and PHost 3.x, this file contains 2x500 words. For Host999 and PHost 4.x, it contains 2x999.

 +0   N WORDs   1, if the corresponding ship is cloaked.
+2N   N WORDs   Shield Charge States (0..100). Non-existing ships have
                value 100 here. Don't confuse this with the Shield
                Strength measured in kt, host does not store this value
                as you can compute it manually:
