This parameter gives a bonus for experienced ships traveling through mine fields. The MineHitOdds (resp. WebMineHitOdds or MineHitOddsWhenCloakedX10) are reduced accordingly. For example, WebMineHitOdds=5 reduced by 20% is a hit rate of only 4% for level-4 ships.
