I have question for game-master. Why is parameters in Configuration File of Phoenix4 game set to:
FighterSweepRate = 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,15
FighterSweepRange = 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,80 ??????
RamScoopFuelPerLY = 1

This parameters in a default settings of PHOST 4 for Colonies of Men:
FighterSweepRate= 20
FighterSweepRange=100
RamScoopFuelPerLY=2

I believe that this is big disadvantage for Colonies. :sad:
