The players actively voting for an immidiate ending so far are playing the races 4, 5, 6, 8 and 11.
9 and 10 are dead.
Player 2 did pretty much end the game in his own way (have a look at the score...)

This is concerning usual voting here overwhelmingly. The borg even announced that he wont' submit any more turns after t81. I don't think there is any reason to drain his reliability for this.
