I don't know how that's meant in the context. If you mean that Kobrov is simply playing well, I agree.

It’s even more annoying if turns are submitted without any commands sent. Who would benefit if Bird is not played? Think about it (anti cloak immunity, cloacked battleship) !
There might be several answers.
