VPA requires PVCR http://phost.de/distro/pvcr40k2.zip. If you got that, you can also invoke it standalone.
Both VPA and PVCR are DOS programs with the usual 64-bit disclaimer.

usual 64-bit disclaimer? I'ld run that in dosbox. Is there something I should know?
